  4. How do you reach your target audience(s)?
    ASCLS website, email, Society News Now e-newsletter, ASCLS Today, Open Forum and ASCLS Leaders community, social media, printed Awards Ceremony program

    How and when to apply, where to find additional information, how to ask questions, recognize the award winners and their accomplishments
  6. When will you communicate? (i.e., What is your timeline? When are key deadlines?)
    Awards deadline: February 15. Awards Ceremony in late June during the Joint Annual Meeting (JAM). Will communicate awards deadline and application process when the application is open in December; when there is one month left to apply in January; and when there are only a few weeks to apply in February. Will recognize award winners at the Awards Ceremony at JAM in June; post on the ASCLS website in July; and recognize in ASCLS Today in late-summer/early-fall.
