  • DISCOUNTED or Early-Bird registration(s) to any ASCLS national meeting – the  Joint Annual Meeting (JAM), Labvocate Symposium, Clinical Laboratory Educators Conference (CLEC) or the Emerging Laboratory Managers Collaborative Conference (ELMC2)*
  • Reduced membership rate(s) by only paying renewal rates (even if you’re joining ASCLS), and the Constituent Society fees are inclusive.

*The number of registrations varies by the number of members in a group membership.

The prices include only one membership to any ASCLS Constituent Society. If someone joins more than one, an additional fee will be charged per constituent society based on membership type.

How do you earn free or discounted meeting registrations?

The number of discounted or free meeting registrations your group receives increases as your group size grows.

Thank you for your interest in creating a group membership!

All 2026-27 membership packages must be closed by 12/31/2026, and all memberships in the package will expire on 7/31/2027.

Rates: Professional $120, Developing Professional (student) $30, Ascending Professional $60. All packages include one constituent society dues. An additional fee applies if more than one constituent society is selected based on membership type.

Package codes will be open for approximately 2 weeks, however if you need additional time, please indicate that in the comments.

What are the dates of the upcoming ASCLS National Meetings?

Upcoming meeting dates can be found here: ascls.org/education-meetings

Free registrations are awarded for meetings that fall within the memebership year that your package is good for.  Registrations will not be awarded until your package invoice is paid in full.

Is this package for all laboratory professionals working in my lab?

Absolutely! We do not discriminate between MLSs, MLTs, phlebotomists, or laboratory assistants. We believe that each and every laboratory professional makes our VOICE stronger.

I already renewed my membership for the year, can I get a refund?

Refunds will not be granted for membership purchases.

Can we carry FREE registrations over into the next membership year?

Unfortunately, no. The FREE registrations are to be used during the membership year that you purchased the package for. For instance, if you purchased a package for the 2024-25 membership year, they will be considered forfeited on or after July 31, 2025, which is the end of that membership year.
