Shipping Information and Additional Services
All items should arrive no earlier than three days (72 hours) of meeting start date. Please use the JAM Shipping and Additional Services request form for shipping, receiving and additional services. Order form must be submitted to the hotel at least 14 days prior to the meeting start date.
Note regarding electricity and internet: electric is included for Diamond & Platinum Packages (one 5amp access), Gold and Silver may order this for an additional fee (see additional services file above). Basic wifi (suitable for email and basic internet browsing) is included for all industry packages. Hardwire connections are available for an additional fee (see additional services file above).
