Submitting Presentation Materials

Prior to uploading your files, please make sure you have reviewed the CLEC 2026 Speaker Guidelines and Information and that your presentation includes the following:
  • Title slide (with session title and presenter information)
  • Disclosure slide (provide any disclosures. If nothing to disclose, must state this).
  • Learning objectives slide
Presentation materials are due by January 16, 2026 as outlined in your previously submitted speaker agreement.

Preferred file naming convention: LastName.FirstName.SessionTitle (first three words of session title)
Accepted file types: ppt, pptx, Max. file size: 128 MB.
Please submit any handouts you would like to provide to the attendees. For handouts generated from presentation slides, preference is 4 or 6 slides per page submitted as a pdf. Handouts may include templates, additional references, etc.
