Thank you for submitting your delegates to represent your constituent society at the 2024 Annual Meeting of the ASCLS House of Delegates. Officer and board elections will take place beginning on Tuesday July 9, 2024, and the Annual House of Delegates on Friday, July 12, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern. Delegates will also represent their constituent society at the mid-year House of Delegates meeting on January 19. 2025 held virtually at 2:00 p.m. Eastern.
Submit your total delegates based on membership numbers from April 30, 2024. Complete the form below with your contact information and the information for each of your delegates and alternates. Precision is critical. Please make sure to review the submitted information carefully. You must submit a valid email and mobile phone number capable of receiving text for each delegate and alternate. Inaccurate information will cause the voting notification to fail and prevent that delegate from participation.
Remember, delegates must be registered to attend the 2024 Joint Annual Meeting.
