Whether you plan to spend a few extra days sightseeing, or you hope to get out during your free time at the 2024 Clinical Laboratory Educators Conference (CLEC), Las Vegas offers countless fun and unique opportunities. Here are just a few activities you might want to check out.
1. Mini Golf
You’ll find Twilight Zone Mini Golf in the Horseshoe Hotel and Casino (formerly Bally’s). It is in the lower level near the sports book and food court (by the Bodies Exhibit).
If you are a fan of KISS, this is where you want to be. This attraction includes a KISS-themed mini golf course and a KISS museum. It is in the Rio Hotel & Casino on the first floor of the Masquerade Village.
2. National Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement
The Mob Museum provides a peak into the activities of organized crime in the early days of Las Vegas.
3. BattleBots
Be sure to reserve some time to watch some of the best robot fighters go head-to-head in destructive match ups. You can visit the BattleBots Store or take in a match. BattleBots is located at 4165 Koval Lane.
4. Immersive Art
If you enjoy experiential entertainment, visit Area 15. This venue offers immersive activations, monumental art installations, extraordinary design elements, unique retail, bars, and eateries. Located at 3215 South Rancho Drive.
After you are finished exploring Area 15, be sure to check out Meow Wolf, located in the same location as Area 15.
5. Madame Tussauds
Do you enjoy meeting famous people … even if they are made of wax? If so, head to Venetian Resorts and visit Madame Tussauds.
6. Gondola Ride
While you are visiting the Venetian, why not take a ride on a gondola?
CLEC 2024 will be held February 22-24 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
