The 2013-3014 Leadership Academy Project was entitled, "Member Retention – Why They Don't Renew."  The purpose of this project was to discover why lapsed members did not renew their ASCLS membership.  Lapsed members from the past three years were surveyed.  The top three reasons for nonrenewal were identified, and possible solutions for each reason were suggested
