What is included with full registration to CLEC 2020?

How do I register if I am a speaker?

  • Although registration is not required for speakers, you are welcome to register online to attend CLEC 2020 at http://members.ascls.org/calendar_list.asp. Do not forget to apply the registration discount code that was emailed to you. This discount is equivalent to a one-day registration but can also be applied to a full registration.

How do I pay by check, PO, or wire transfer?

  • Check:  
    • Mail your check and registration form to the following address:
      ASCLS CLEC, 1861 International Drive, Suite 200, McLean, VA  22102
  • Purchase Order (PO):
    • Email PO to ascls@ascls.org, or include your PO number on your mailed registation form. An invoice will be created and forwarded for receipt of payment. Receipt of PO does not confirm registration. Payment must be received in order to confirm registration. NOTE: If purchase order payment is not received prior to the start of the conference, payment via check or credit card will be collected onsite or registration will not be honored.  
  • Wire Transfer:
    • Email ascls@ascls.org for bank account information related to transfer of funds.

If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your CLEC registration, please notify ASCLS in writing before December 28, 2019. Your registration fee will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee. Written cancellations/requests for refunds must include registrant’s name, signature, return address, and the name of the person, company, or institution to which the refund check should be made payable. If you must cancel after December 28, please find a substitute to send in your place, as no refunds will be issued after this date.

With advance notice, ASCLS will help individuals to identify or arrange accommodations so the attendee is not denied the privilege or service of the meeting.
